Refund policy
Dear Funoons,
We have a 4-day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- We are always deliberate about processing our orders but just in case you receive a product that is different than what you have ordered, we would be happy to replace it or process a refund for the same (To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.)
- If you receive a product that is damaged/ defective in any form you can request a return of the product (Please attach photos of the damaged product, it makes it easier for us to expedite the process for you)
- On the off-chance that you are extremely underwhelmed with the quality/ taste/ look & feel of our products, we would be happy to process a return after we set up an elaborate telephonic/ email review and understand your views regarding the same. We would never miss out on an opportunity to learn from you!
To start a return, you can contact us at support@funoonshala.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
In case you have received a wrong/ damaged/ defective item, we would be happy to exchange it within 4 days of receipt of the item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
